Nearly 100 companies that supply goods and services to the residential rental
industry are Associate Members of ROMS BC. Each of these firms has gone through
a thorough screening process before being accepted as an Associate Member and
becoming a recommended supplier to rental owners and managers.
In addition to being credible and reputable companies, many of the Associate
Members offer discounts or special rates to ROMS BC Members. Examples include
heating oil at 10 to 15 cents per litre below retail price, a 5% discount on
gasoline, a commercially rated, exclusive property insurance program and
significant discounts on new or rebuilt appliances.
