Our 100 Associate Members provide preferential prices to our Members, including major discounts on heating fuel and property insurance.
Our membership ranges from people who rent a secondary suite in their homes to large corporations and property management companies, managing hundreds of units. It also includes affiliate associations in Kelowna, Prince George and Nelson as well as the Mobile Home Park Owners Alliance of BC.
We serve all residential landlords, whether public or private sector, urban or rural, owners of one secondary suite or managers of several hundred units, and all subscribe to the ROMS BC Code of Ethics.
